Delivery issues
<p>I live just up the road from Dominos Waterglen Centre. On a Thursday night, with no crazy specials going on, my order was late, cold and nobody felt that they needed to rectify the issue. I'm a huge fan of Dominos, but this being the second mess-up from them, I would rather just go back to driving to Romans for pizza.</p>

I was contacted by the store manager, who was very kind and apologetic - even offering to replace the meal. We did arrange for the replacement, but it never happened.
Really impressed by the quick response, it's just too bad that again, they couldn't follow through.
