Cant even take an address down.

We live in Honeydew Ridge. We have ordered from your Rock Cottage outlet on numerous occasion, never had any problems. Last night at around 7pm, my husband calls to place an order for delivery. <br> After repeating the address NUMEROUS times, the person at Dominos states that we are out of their region. <br> My husband replies by saying IMPOSSIBLE as they have delivered to us before on many occasions. <br> The person on the phone then says that August AVE is not in their region. <br> My husband replies AGAIN for the umpteenth time that it's NOT Augusta AVE - But AUGUSTA The complex on the corner of Mozart And During in HONEYDEW RIDGE. <br> The person then states that we needed to talk to the driver as he was sure we are out of their region. <br> All of the above, took about 8-9 minutes just to give the person our address, which he clearly got wrong on every single occasion, at which point my husband put the phone down as he was exasperated by that time. <br> This kind of treatment and response from your staff will cost you money. <br> We love Dominos pizzas, but if we have go through that treatment every time we try to order, then we may as well order from a pizzeria that is 200m from our house.
