Cannot order online!! Had to order Debonairs Pizza

Tried placing an online order for the first time with Domino's and am beyond disappointed.<br> <br> I simply could not place an order do the the online service being faulty. This was confirmed by the call centre when trying to find out what's wrong before giving up.<br> <br> Before you think I'm some lazy person complaining....let me fill you in here:<br> I simply tried ordering online for a surprise delivery for my girlfriend as I'm 200km away and wanted to ensure she had dinner for tonight. We enjoy domino's pizza and have been ordering from any close store when needing an easy dinner (especially Sunday nights).<br> In addition I did try call the Richards Bay Branch and asked if there is any way I could EFT so my girlfriend doesn't have to pay when receiving the pizza, as this would obviously defeat the purpose of ordering for her.<br> <br> Anyway....so already having an account with Debonairs....I've ordered and food should be delivered shortly.<br> <br> I have no idea if this message will reach the relevant personnel...but it's worth an attempt.<br> <br> Let's see if you're interested in retaining customers......
