Bonaero Park Manager doing a great job

I just want to compliment the Bonaero Park manager, Emanuel. On two occasions, the store wasn't able to completely fulfill the order I placed via the app for reasons of not having a specific type of drink etc. On both occasions, Emanuel phoned me to explain the problem and offers alternatives, on top of being very polite and helpful. South African customer service isn't always the greatest, but your Bonaero Park manager is doing a great job. The drivers I've dealt with have also been friendly and quick
