Bad service
Since trying Dominos, we have not ordered from any other pizza place, but last night might change my mind. At 18h11 we placed an order for two pizzas. 15 to 20 minutes later, an SMS arrived stating that the pizzas were on the way - we live no more than 10 minutes from the store. 40 minutes later and no pizza. I called to be told that the order was not received. I gave my phone number (but not what the order was) 5 minutes later I got a call to confirm my address and 10 minutes after that the pizzas arrived. I paid the R181 plus tip after waiting over an hour. We were given a side dish of chicken strips - which neither of us eat = but the thought was there. Please can a person be placed that can answer the phone properly and take orders correctly.
