BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - BRYAN PARK CENTRE
<p>I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED RECENTLY FROM DOMINO'S AT BRYAN PARK IN JHB! FIRSTLY, A FRIEND AND I WORK OPPOSITE DOMINOS AND FOUND ITS CONVENIENT FOR US TO GET LUNCH FROM THERE ON OUR BREAK TIME, WE CALLED AND ORDERED AND WAITED LIKE 20 MINUTES FOR THE CASHIER TO PROCESS OUR ORDER WHEN WE GOT THERE! ON MONDAY 1ST OF AUGUST, WE ORDERED AGAIN THIS TIME WE WENT IN, I BOUGHT A SAUCE FOR MY PARMESAN BITES, I GOT THE CHICKEN KICKERS FOR MY BOSS, THE GUY REGGIE SAID IT COMES WITH SAUCE WHEN I CONFIRMED WITH HIM THAT I TOOK SAUCE ALREADY. WENT AGAIN ON THURSDAY 4TH AUGUST THE LADY SAID THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE AND CHARGED ME FOR THE SAUCE WHEN I ORDERED CHICKEN KICKERS AGAIN THIS TIME FOR MYSELF! THEY ARGUED WITH ME WITHOUT LISTENING TO ME AND I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE AS THEY ARE ALWAYS TRAINING NEW PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS!</p>
