Answer the damn phone....
Dominos is great pizza but the Fourways Gardens Franchisee should spend some time in store. Friday night after a long week working we called 18 times to try and order a delivery. Go on I dare you to call ***....it's very unlikely they'll answer. On arrival I asked - so what's the deal, why don't you answer the phone. We are short staffed so it's just us here he says pointing to the busy staff.<br> <br> Then on Sunday - same story. This time on driving there I asked again why no one answers the phone, it's locked up in the office was the reply. Are you guys serious????<br> <br> If its not delivered in 30 minutes it's free - Great concept - but does also require someone answering the phone. Get it??
