Absolutely shocking dirty and disgusting service!

Good day ,

I purchased pizza from the Domino's in Amanzimtoti in Durban on the 29 of November.

The delivery took 2 hrs to arrive, however when the order did arrive we opened the box of pizza and there was a roach crawling on the pizza.

I contacted the store to lay a complaint and for them to come take back the pizza.

They did however it took them several hours to pick up the pizza.

I contacted the store to get in touch with the owner to raise our disgust however to date there has been no communication from the store owner.

The manager at the store called me to give me a discount on my next meal - do they really think I will purchase pizza from their franchise again.

Absolutely shocking and disgusting service.
