Absolutely ***********!!!

Domino’s Pizza - Sunninghill, Gauteng

We placed our order for delivery at 6pm and asked for it to be delivered at 8pm to our flat. I confirmed our address and contact details everything was A - Okay. At 8pm I get a call to ask me for my address again ! I then repeated my address to them and said they were only leaving at that time. Take note (Dominos is 10 minutes away from our place) We waited and nothing came , I then called the manger and asked where’s my pizzas and she said she would call me back as she needs to check with the driver, I then told her that I ordered the pizza 2 hours in advance for it to be delivered at my door at 8pm. She called back to say that the driver will be at our place in 5 minutes. We waited and nobody pitched It’s now 9pm and I called the manger and she tells me that she thought the pizza was delivered!!! She was absolutely unapologetic and spoke in monotone as if I had the answers as to where the driver was. Dominos is absolutely inefficient and *********** They fail to follow google maps and find and address and they can’t comprehend and understand simple delivery instructions. Up till now we still have not received our pizzas and NO EXPLANATION as to why our pizzas were not delivered to us. We will never use them again absolutely PATHETIC SERVICE.
