3 out of 3 fails

This was the third time now that i ordered online from Domino's Pizza. every time its a struggle to get my food, I book it as a Delivery and then it show as a collection , all 3 times, <br> <br> so last night 18H14 I placed an order online and came back as collection AGAIN, So 18H15 I called them and spoke to a guy that changed it to delivery 18H50 I called them again as nobody has delivered, they told me that they don't have my physical address but whats the use of my online profile then that's got all my detail, but to get back to the point, he said sorry en that he will send me a complimentary something extra to apologize, after that we waited until 19H30 and called them again , they transferred my wife to a lady (MANAGER) who was very rude and just said that they are on their was, just after that 19H35 the guy delivered. the complimentary dish was a mud cake, that was burned and dry,<br> <br> so just this whole experience was bad. and waiting 1 hour and 20 min for my food when they state that they deliver within 30 min is bad, <br> <br> and please rather email me as i cant answer my phone at work but i demand an answer<br> <br> [Email Removed]
