disgraceful behaviour

Today I went and ordered a take away chicken burger with chips and when my food arrived it was burger and rice so I phoned and was rudely told the chip machine wasn't working due to power outage.i accepted that and moved on when I went to take a s****ful of rice I was disgusted to find a hair so I took it back and was rudely told that he (manager) would refund me.his attitude sucks! There was no apology and he stormed off without any explanation. He was rude and should not be a manager.not the first time he has been rude..
