Extremely bad customer service

My Mom had taken my younger nephew to Dominions to get a suit for his graduation. Before she had left for the store i called and enquired about the suit to check if they had the stuff available. I was assured by the guy over the phone that they do have the necessary stock available.<br> <br> satisfied with the response my mom went into the store to purchase the good however one of the guys on the floor gave her the run around. she then look for another employee to help her with he query however she was then given the run again.<br> <br> she was spoken to in such an UN-orderly and rude manner she called me in tears as she did not know what to do. i then called the store manager asking if he could rectify the issue and if i could get some sort of assurance that the issue would be rectified however he too was of absolutely no help and said \HE WILL SEE"<br> <br> Please help me get to the bottom of this."""
