COMPLAINT AGAINST DOMINION OUTFITTERS - DURBAN WES

I have bought shoes from this retail store on Saturday 28/03/2015 and it was for my son, I was looking for a size 6 teen boys shoes. Unfortunately they had a size 5 of which it looked like a size 6 and I bought the shoes.When my son tried to fit the shoes at home, they could not fit him. On Wednesday 01/04/2015 I took the shoes back for exchange or a refund if they do not have the shoe size in their stock, to my surprise I was told that they do not refund. <br> My complaint is that on their receipt there is nothing written with regards to refunds rules when a customer buys something from them, their slip has only the amount of the shoes I bought and nothing else. This is unfair to me as a customer because I am now stuck with the shoes that I no longer need as they are not the size I am looking for and the the manager refuse to give me a refund. These shoes are still with me since they do not want to take them and give me my money back. <br> I am in need of these shoes since I am getting married in two weeks time and my son is suppose to use them.
