Unprofessional and rude

We purchased a sign from dominion printers on Thursday the 14th of December, made payment in full and sent them the art work and measurements of 3m x 1.5m. There was a problem with the board and we weren’t able to collect on the 22nd and they advised they would deliver on the 26th of December. No one communicated and the sign was not delivered. They delivered the sign the evening of the 27th, the sign delivered was full of dents, bubbles and the vinyl sticker was peeling off. We contacted them to complain and they asked if they could have the opportunity to fix the error and we agreed. The new board was delivered on the 3rd of January and looked much better. We took the board to the shop to be put up on the 12th so that it was up for the shop opening on the 15th only to find out the board is the wrong size and is much smaller than we requested, what we were quoted for and paid for. We contacted the owner George and he was aware the board was not the correct size but not once since requesting the sign did anyone from Dominion printers inform us of the sizing issue, we requested they rectify the issue and they advised us we would need to pay in the difference for a bigger board, we were reluctant as it was the second time we were having issues with the company. We agreed but eventually George requested to rather refund us to which he did.

My gripe with the company is their lack of professionalism, no communication skills, their lack of customer service and the rude manner in which they address issues. George is very confrontational and does not allow you to critique their work. They accept no responsibility for their actions and their lack of care for clients is represented in their poor workmanship. If we hadn’t seen the size was too small when trying to put it up they would have kept it to themselves and in my opinion it is *********.
