I saw an advert for weight loss outside the shop. I went to check it out. I was attended by Karen *** who helped me I then paid R2050. 00. I only attended once. I didn't sign anything with them and no contract was given to me. I was deployed in the Free State. I then called Karen and explained my situation. I received a call from Babra the Manager who said they can't reimburse me they can only give me a voucher of which I have never visited them to do my hair or nails. And i am now staying in Steynsrus 300km away from them how can I travel to do nails or hair. I wanted only my money that I paid in full. It was in April 2015 until today no one ever called me or paid my money. I am so disappointed and feel ******. I did give them my account numbers but no money was paid.
