poor service and defected rims and tyres

<p>Hi couple of weeks ago i bought a set of rims from domingo's wheels in fordsburg. For R12000, turns out a week later i find out the rims werent brand new and were buckled too. So i returned them asking for my cash back Tony domingo the owner gave me a second set of rims. Which he than asked for a extra R2000. Now i find out the Changes they made to the rims pcd size and tyres are messed up because i cant even drive my car at 100km/h. I asked for my money back again and now they giving me stories this hole week ive been going there and still nothing been done.i can only hope that Friday i get my refund of R14000 back. Please If there is anyone who can advice me or help me get my R14000. Back from Tony domingo i really need it.as my right as a south african customer im within the law to recieve my money back without hassles. </p>
