defected rims and tyres

<p>Bought rims n tyres from Tony domingo. At domingo mags in fordsburg. And now the tyres and rims are give me problems so i asked for a refund and was Told they do not refund customers money and rather wants to change my tyres to solve a problem and this is the second rims ive bought n had to change within 3 weeks.</p>
