Awful service!!!!

This was an awful experience! The lady calls me when I make the booking and again at 7am in the morning of booking to find out where we live. Completely confused and upset that she has to take another taxi to us. Surely her company should have ensured she was fully aware of the location or got her to us?She arrives exactly at 8am and is upset and looking annoyed. Outright tells us she is leaving at 3.30pm even though we paid for 8 hours. Then tells us she cannot iron clothes or wipe windows as they are extras on her checklist. We are to contact her supervisor if we want to do these things. This elusive checklist is not availa le anywhere on the checklist...who in their right mind will hire someone who cant iron or wash windows. Supervisor is unhelpful, makes excuses, offers no solution. In the end she leave at 13.30, having done an awful job with nothing else to do as the checklist is done!!!things looked uncleaned. I am still awaiting a response from this company. I am sure they rely on referrals and word of mouth...this is bad for their reputation!
