No customer service

Beware! Do not expect any form of support from these people! Once you have signed up for a course and they have your money there is zero assistance! I have sent various emails regarding the fact that I cannot access the course I have signed up for - ZERO response! Do NOT use these people! They just take your money and then ignore all requests for help.....Would definitely NOT recommend. Useless service!
