I feel completely cheated by Domestika

I feel completely cheated by Domestika. I bought what looked like a simple discounted online course, only to discover later that they had signed me up for a Domestika Plus yearly subscription — without my clear consent. They make it seem like you’re just buying one course at a reduced price, but hidden in the fine print, they automatically enroll you in a “free trial” that turns into an expensive annual charge once it ends.

I never wanted or agreed to a subscription, and the way they set it up is incredibly misleading. There were no obvious warnings, and when I reached out to their customer service for a refund, they flat-out refused. Their responses are robotic, dismissive, and scripted — they hide behind the excuse that “you should have canceled” instead of acknowledging their deceptive design.

It’s shocking that a company selling creative courses operates in such a sneaky and ********* way. Once they have your card details, they’ll quietly charge you without clear consent or reminders.

I’ve lost money and trust. I’ll never use Domestika again — and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. There are plenty of honest learning platforms out there. Domestika is not one of them.
