CUSTOMER SERVICE going the extra mile

I was involved in an accident approx 3 weeks ago. First for Women sent my car to Domestic Spray and Repair in Montague Garden to be fixed. Because I had to use public transport to get to and fro from work, from the outset, Fiona was in constant contact with me, giving me feedback on the progress of the repairs to the car and reassuring me that they would fix it as quick as possible. Not only did they finish the job in the alloted 2 weeks, but went the extra mile in that when I called a week later to say that I felt that after driving the car, it felt as if something was not right, they came all the way to my work place to pick up my car, check it out throughly and then returned it to me on the same day without inconveniencing me in anyway.<br> Thank you guys, its good to know that especially in the Motor industry where women are usually treated as \dumb\", you were professional and made me feel like a queen!"
