Always Postponing Completion Date

My car was recently involved in an accident and my insurance (Budget) assigned the repairs on my vehicle to Domestic Spray and Repairs. My problem is the length of time they are taking to complete the repairs on my vehicle. I had a courtesy car provided to me by insurance for 15 days. It is now 10 days after I have returned the courtesy car and I still do not have my car back.<br> <br> They keep promising to deliver my vehicle on a particular day but then every time I call they push out the delivery date due to some excuse or another. I am really frustrated as for close to a month now transport to and from work has been a struggle.
