Thank you for making my day!
I originally registered with Domestic Sa in April 2014, and by the end of May 2014 they had finalized my registration and the settlement of the arrears UIF Contributions that had to be paid, and had provided me with all the UIF documentation required, including an email on how to use the documentation. This was much more than what I had expected and actually paid for. In August 2016 I retrenched the domestic worker, and she contacted me recently requesting the UIF Documentation that I had given to her on her retrenchment in August 2016, which I did not have anymore. I phoned Domestic Sa, and Deon Joubert answered the phone greeting me by name, 6 years after I had used their services. First pleasant surprise! I then explained my problem to him regarding the documentation that Domestic Sa had provided to me in May 2014, that I did not have anymore and which my previous domestic worker was now requesting from me. While talking to me, Deon asked for my current email address, and forwarded the same email that had been sent to me in May 2014, with all the documentation attached to it. While on the phone he also guided me in how to update the documents with the information that had changed! Second major pleasant surprise! If this is not what customer service and care is, I would not know what is! A big thank you to you for your friendly and helpful service and assistance!
