Thank you Domestic SA.

I have been struggling to understand the UIF website, and after calling the UIF Customer Services on numerous occasions for assistance, I happened to find the number for Domestic SA and I called them and Deon Joubert assisted me over the phone. He sat with me close to 2 hours on the phone and in detail took me through the UIF website in order for me to understand how to use the website. He did this even though I am not a client of Domestic SA, and I cannot thank him enough for his patience in assisting me. I would recommend their services to anyone with the greatest appreciation for the wonderful way in which I was assisted.
