Shocking service

Have emailed, phoned to no effect, my husband has also tried, used contact form and sms. Tried to wait to give them an opportunity to rectify the issue. Two weeks later I have only had one sms offering to assist then nothing. No response, essentially theft of my R249 that I paid. I would like my money back and would suggest that the owner read some of the other reviews here.
