SERVICE? What service?

I have been trying to register my domestic worker since Feb 2020 and what a hell it has been. First they refuse to take your calls or reply to mails and messages and when they do then it excuse after excuse.

I have sent numerous mails after making payment and nothing. Due to their incompetence, i cant even do it myself as their office created a user on u-filing and answered my security questions from my ITC incorrectly and never was i contacted.

I have all the mails and call record to prove this. If anyone has any advice, please let me know
