No service at Domestic SA

I've been struggling with this business for months. They deduct monthly payments from me but doesn't seem to deduct the UIF payments for my registered domestic workers as expected. It's just sad that I have to resort to this forum to air my frustration because they don't take my calls anymore for some reason. Very simple - please honor your commitments that you make to your clients. You claim to communicate to your clients on various mediums like phone, mail and even whatsapp... might be so, but it seems to be selective because you're definitely not getting back to me. I think I've been more than patient. If you read this, please cancel my subscription
