Don't use Domestic SA - Bad... Bad.... Bad Service !

I paid Domestic SA in January 2019 to assist in loading/registering my domestic worker onto the UIF system. Since then I am trying to get a status update from them. The telephone numbers listed is not working... They do not reply to any emails and Deon is nowhere to be found. I'm really starting to think that this is a ****....
