Domestic SA unprofessional service

I have had no feedback from Deon since the initial contact. I call, send emails even whasapp them and get no feedback at all. I get ignored, and this is after I paid them. I initially had contact with them on the 8th Feb 2018...4 months later I still have not heard from them.
