been experiencing an issue with kulula flights that have been booked through DOMESTIC FLIGHTS SOUTH AFRICA, numerous emails have been sent justifying the issues experienced , we had four flight tickets booked and got to the airport 2 minutes after check in closed due to being stopped and delayed in a roadblock, I have been requesting a refund numerous times because they refused to assist at the airport even though the plane did not start boarding, DOMESTIC should think twice about dealing with such a AIRLINE LIKE KULULA who are constantly over booking and lying to customers, even there staff lie, the managers at the airport check in cant even assist let alone the rude arrogant supervisor, we have been using DOMESTIC FLIGHTS often but I mean In this case to receive no feedback and solutions is ridiculous.
