DOMAIN.COM is very bad for business

<p>The problem with registering a domain and email with DOMAIN.COM for any business is that when it goes down, there is no support. You would think that email going down is common problem and easily solved, not so. My business is badly damaged as clients cannot contact via my business email set up with DOMAIN.COM. Their support is amateurish. Each time , the support consultant who is not able to deal with the problem escalates it to a so called supervisor, and laughably even a senior supervisor was not able to fix the problem. My email is still down and I will have to register a new domain and email package with a more professional company, so my business is not affected like this again. </p>
