Don’t bother if you can’t provide the service!

Terrible service! Pre-ordered a can 24 hours in advance in Plettenberg Bay for New Years Eve collection, in order to avoid driving under the influence of alcohol after celebrations. Cab Driver that had confirmed the day before did not respond when I reconfirmed 30minutes prior to the pre-arranged pick up time. Responded 1 hour later. By which time we had made another plan. Really guys, if you are going to offer a service on New Years Eve, don’t let people down!
