Accommodation

I have made a reservation with this property,whilst doing payment,property informed me accommodation no longer available.The payment still went through bank account.The property informed me there is 100% cancellation fee ,yet the cancellation was not my to do .Property refuses to take calls ,what’s up or messages.This is unacceptable policy and unprofessional.
