Cultural prejudice and child hating

Visited this horribly managed establishment after purchasing a wikideal coupon. Upon our arrival the lady named Lettie at reception pulls up her nose and says 'did you mention that baby', after my husband and I arrive with our little 7 month old. In shock I explain to her that I didn't mention her because she sleeps with us and won't eat breakfast and she also didn't ask, had somebody asked I would've gladly 'mentioned that baby' after continuous back and forth with her rude attitude she says she will 'let the baby stay' but that she is doing so regretfully as her guests want to relax and we best keep the baby quiet. Rattled my husband insisted that she inform us immediately whether it is going to be a problem so that we can follow due action rather than waste our time. Rudely she starts walking away to show us around addressing me and not my husband. As she shows us our room, the fridge laden with wine, we explain to her that we are Muslim and will not require any wine and she sarcastically says 'well again you should've mentioned that' and I explain to her that I emailed her multiple times to no avail. She also made sarcastic remarks about halaal like 'what do you eat? Salads?' in a very condescending tone. We did not expect people to be clued up about our religion or culture as we are all on this earth to learn about one another but such rude and prejudice remarks are pathetic for how far we've come. Furthermore, as we go up to her to inform her that we will be leaving, she completely blames wikideals for not informing guests about their no under 16s allowed child hating rule. Wonder what they get up to there that kids aren't allowed?! Thank goodness we left. According to Lettie the site states that children are not welcome, I didn't think to check a site for such a ********** rule. If you have kids, are not of a certain 'profile' Do NOT expose your family to this hate. She also attended to a guest behind us before finishing our service and treated him with a very different attitude. I guess they were from the same cultural background and south African profile? We will be taking this further, the process has already begun. We have also approached our radio station to publicly announce this experience so that more people aren't hurt. Thank you Dolphin Dunes for helping us appreciate OTHER accommodation and letting us be grateful for every other stay we've had before entering your poorly managed child hate zone.
