Book at your own risk

We book at Dolphin Dance Lodge in July for 6th of December 2024outing as a staff, when we get to a place it took them an hour just to open to our surprise they are not aware we were coming yet we fully paid and got confirmation number, we told its fully book for guest who are coming on 7th of December 2024,yet we are at the place and fully paid. They are forcing us to take a place that is completely different to what we were looking for interms of rules and accomodation. The guy that is managing or assisting there his attitude towards is unbelievable.
