Unprofessional (****a shop)

My husband an i arrived there friday late in the evening to check in, we were told that the pipe busted in the room we were supposed to be accommodated in and there was water all over to the point that next room occupants also had to be vacated. the manager told us he book us alternative, when we arrived there they only booked for one person but we managed to sort it out
