Upon numerous enquiries on my part with little to no reply I have decided to cancel my entire order after waiting for 6 weeks!

29th of May, I place my order.

5th of June, I enquire about my order since I had not heard anything or had any updates.

On the 7th of June, Lisa told me that I would receive my order within a week.

14th of June, I enquire again, having received no order as promised and no update.- no reply

19th of June, I request a refund.

19th of June, receive a reply on my email. Reason for delay: Wrong stock received, promise to deliver.

25th of June, I request a refund again - no reply

30th of June, resend email of 25th of June - no reply

2nd July, I request a refund.

On the 2nd of July, Lisa AGAIN told me that I would receive my order within a week as she has received stock.

Today, I request a refund not having received my order as promised.

I have tried to cancel my order 3 times now and everytime a promise of delivery is made.

Needless to say, the week has come and gone. By no surprise, I still do not have my order!

DO NOT order from Doll Me Up Fashion! The only thing that you WILL receive from them is empty promises.
