Worst shopping experience

If I could give zero stars I would. I use many online stores local and international. This is quite honestly the worst experience I have ever had. I placed an order in the first week of April. I have not received my order. Nor have I received any feedback. I have sent no less than 7 messages, via email, Facebook, their website as well as whatsapp, and all I get is that they will investigate and get back to me. Guess what? NOT ONCE HAVE THEY EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I will NEVER use this company again, and quite honestly I'm looking into my legal rights at this point, and will be going this route if I do not receive what I ordered 9 weeks ago.
