WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Placed an order on 10 May 2019, got a phone call to say dress is out of stock on 21 May of which i requested a refund. Its been 3 weeks now and I am still waiting!!!!!!!!! All they ever tell me is "its been processed". Quick to take the money but ever so slow to return it!!
