Worst Online Shopping - No Customer Service

Wow, looking at all the negative reviews I can safely say this is the worst online store experience ever. Besides still waiting for an order for over a month there is absolutely NO response to emails. The only correspondence from them is about a delay due the corona virus causing problems and shipment issues from China. As a first time buyer I am shocked at the level of service or should I say the lack of service. Quick to take your money, no customer service, left with a feeling of being ****med.
