Worst ever customer service

Worst worst online experience ever. I ordered some items in February, on the 4th of March Lisa contacted me to say some items are out of stock. Others will be on back order. I requested a refund of the items that was out of stock. Till today no refund done and was told that it is policy to only refund after 14 days. Companies like this give small businesses a bad name...
