worst customer service experience

Worst customer service! I bought a pair of boots that arrived after ages and were the wrong size, I paid to return them on the promise another pair will be delivered. After weeks of waiting, the wrong colour were kept aside. I asked for a refund, have been ignored for weeks! Do not answer phones.
