WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered swimwear and clothing on 4 April 2022 especially for our Mauritius trip on 24 June 2022, which i did not receive in time. The order said delivery 7-12 business days…..i mean really it took almost 80 days and when they eventually sent it off they couriered it to Cape Town instead of George.😡 They don’t inform you of any delays, you have to follow up and hope to get a reply via email. I requested a refund when i knew it was not going to be delivered in time that i could at least order from someone else, well that was refused. One can’t actually complain about the service cause there is NO service. 😡🥴 Rather use Lu-May, their service is excellent!
