Very unhappy!!!

Last year I bought an item that I waited a month for before delivery,then when it was delivered,the item was as big as a size large, instead of the size small that I ordered. Last month, I bought 2 items and I'm still waiting for delivery, almost a month now. They say they're a local business,but when I buy something from Shein it takes about 2 to 3 weeks. When I ask for a refund they say I can either choose something from their clearance sale, or I can get a voucher. This is ridiculous!!!! I hope this serves as a warning to anyone thinking of buying anything from them. Very unprofessional, no customer service, absolutely pathetic. And this is what you get for supporting local business.
