Very Disappointing Service

Honestly I have never been so irritated with an online company. I never experienced a hassle such as this. Ordered my item early March and was told it’ll be shipped in April after it arrives. After not hearing anything I had to enquire about the purchase. Was told it did not arrive and will come with the next lot. A month passes and I get a similar response. Was only told recently that they do not have my order. Asked for a full refund and still have not gotten my money back. What irritated me the lost was that I had to ask them for updates, rather than receiving updates automatically. Very frustrating.
