Very bad service.

In December I was told by them that I can return a costume for a smaller size. Then when I did not receive the smaller one they told me they did not have stock, after I was told they did have. Until today I have not received my R500 back from them and I get blocked by them if I complain. They are a lot of ******** who take peoples money and don't supply the item bought. I have now been trying to get my money back for the last 7 months. I would not even give them one star but there is no option for zero.
