Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I received a R300 gift voucher for my bridal shower. I have placed an order about 2 months ago, has not receive it up to date. I also struggled ro place an order, as I tried on the website, then the lady let me know to place my order on whatsapp, but she never even rep**** to my message. Eventually I followed up and she told me the same as all the other customers - "Our whatsapp is very busy." Appoint someone then who can assist you in placing orders, or get a different system. Really disappointed.
