They deleted my review so I am posting again - Know your rights - Get CPA involved

I just received a notification that my review was removed - which I have appealed and am now rewriting my terrible experience.. I do not recommend any one take the risk of purchasing from this company - there are plenty other sites which you can have a much more pleasant experience - They told me send a jacket back as the colour was incorrect - now they are sitting my the jacket which i sent back at my own expense as well as my money which was over R1000 - I have taken this further - and I recommend you do the same as it is your right - CPA protects us as customers in this scenario. They will ignore your emails and are also merging with anther company as per owner - so just watch out for that one too - Also waiting times for items seems to be well over the time at which point you are also allowed to cancel and eligible for your refund. (waited almost 3 months) SHEIN is way faster - I got my items n 2 weeks - quality is good and service is incredible.
