STOP! Don't buy from them!

I placed an order on 6/8/19. It was supposed to be delivered in a maximum of 17 business days, which you guessed it, it wasn't delivered. Didn't hear anything at all throughout this entire process. I sent a message on 30/8/19. On 2/9/19 I was told they received my parcel on Friday and the packers are unpacking and I should receive it shortly. Kept asking when is "shortly" but she couldn't give me an answer. By 6/9/19 I asked if I could come through to the shop to collect my order only to hear the next day that actually they don't have my order and I must come through to the shop to choose something else. I then had to beg to be refunded and she told me she would refund me on 7/9/19. They have a 30 day refund policy. On 7/10/19 I sent a follow up message as I have still, up until today, not received my refund. She said she will follow up and I haven't heard from her since. Today, on 14/10/19 a package has been delivered. This is two months too late as I had already purchased other costumes for my trip. We had an agreement. I want my refund. They have breached every one of their own "policy's" which already seemed shocking and outdated to being with. They are more than welcome to collect their products (which smells extremely horrific for some reason). I want my money back!

They did not keep me updated whatsoever. I had to keep begging and pleading for feedback. The lady that was providing feedback was not empathetic and had no sense of guilt or urgency. Completely *********! I have seen so many complaints with the same story. for this company. Wish I had read these reviews, before I purchased from these people. I am appalled to say the least!
