I placed an order with Doll me up online on 24th February 2018 which I did receive but the sizing was all wrong and I had to return the items a few days later. The items were collected via courier and I waited for a refund only to be told we don’t do refunds which I was not pleased about. Most online retailers give a full refund with no hassle at all! I Feel they hold onto your money forcing you to buy from them which is unacceptable!! I then waited to hear from them regarding my credit note which I never did until I messaged and sms’d repeatedly querying what was going on! Fast forward a year that’s how long it has taken to be able to use the credit note which they “conveniently” had no record of hence the fact I am glad I had email correspondence on record as proof! Of the items I ordered I was then told they are waiting on supplier as it’s out of stock this went on for a few months causing more frustration!!! I have never dealt with such poor service and shoddy customer service, it blows my mind that they are still in business. It’s been a year and a half and I still haven’t finalised with them because they just don’t get back to you!!! Disgusting to say the least I will never recommend or purchase from them again.
